After receiving a degree in Economics and Banking from Sacred Heart Catholic University of Milan in 1993, he immediately began to work at a top Milan-based firm. After qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1995, he opened his own practice in 1998, allowing him to gain significant experience in taxation, company matters and, most recently, insolvency. He has been registered in the Register of Auditors since 1999 and in the Ministry of the Economy and Finance's List of Auditors of Local Entities since 2012.

His experience allows him to be active in the following fields:

Tax and ordinary company consulting
He provides assistance in solving the day-to-day problems of mid-sized companies, such as Italian subsidiaries of listed international groups, in areas that include reporting activities, consolidated financing statements and auditing relating to dealings with the parent company. Since 2012 he has provided services relating to business networks, from establishment to day-to-day operational consulting, and he is also a member of ASSORETIPMI. The firm also provides accounting and related services (financial statements and tax returns) to companies and professionals and can aid individuals in discharging their tax reporting obligations.

Specialist consulting
He provides strategic, operational and tax consulting services for the establishment of companies and extraordinary company transactions (such as mergers, de-mergers, leases and sales of companies and sales of equity interests) and can also conduct accounting and tax due diligence in such matters. He has significant experience in company valuation, and in particular company branches, equity interests and intangible assets, and can also serve as expert witness in civil trials. He provides support concerning company crises and restructuring (composition with creditors, debt restructuring plans, and so forth) and can also act as expert pursuant to Art. 67 of the Bankruptcy Act.

Tax litigation for enterprises and individuals
He provides counsel and support in managing tax litigation, during both the pre-litigation phase, handling relationships with the Italian Agency of Revenue, Equitalia and local entities, and the litigation phase, providing representation before Tax Commissions.

Company positions
Statutory auditor at joint-stock companies, independent auditor, receiver and liquidator, including in legal proceedings.
